Manual network audits are slow and prone to error. Usually, finding a cabling mistake requires digging through LLDP tables and cross-referencing interface states. We asked the Netora Assistant to baseline a lab node to see how quickly it could spot a configuration drift.

The assistant immediately flagged that 56 interfaces (eth1/3 to eth1/58) were in a port-admin-disabled state. This automated validation quickly surfaces configuration gaps that are often buried in standard, voluminous CLI outputs.
Without any manual mapping or external documentation, Netora correlated interface states with live LLDP signals to detect a critical miswiring. It identified that NODE-L1 was connected leaf-to-leaf (to node-l2 and node-l3) instead of the intended leaf-to-spine uplinks
